1.1 The Mazdoor facilitates the creation of work profiles by users ("handyman") to showcase their skills and services. The Website allows users seeking services ("Clients") to search and connect with handyman based on their profiles.

1.2 The Website is a platform for connecting Clients and handyman. We are not a party to any agreements, transactions, or interactions between Clients and handyman. Any contracts or engagements entered into between Clients and handyman are solely between those parties.

1.3 The Mazdoor may provide access to third-party websites, products, or services. These third-party offerings are subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any third-party content or services and do not endorse or assume any liability for them.

2. User Accounts

2.1 In order to access certain features of the Website, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2.2 You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3.1 Users may create work profiles and provide information about their skills, qualifications, and services ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
